GET INVOLVED WITH OUR COMMUNITY:

Our Community is only as successful as we make it. By getting involved at Asbury Place you can make a real difference in your community.

Whether you are up for a big commitment like serving on the Board, or something less time consuming like participating in any of our planning, architectural, or welcoming committees,  your involvement can make a difference.

Getting involved is as simple as coming to the Annual Meeting.  We strongly encourage homeowners to come.  If you are not able to come to a meeting but still want to contribute your talents, contact us and we can work together to find the right fit.

YARD OF THE MONTH:

The Asbury Place Homeowner Association (HOA) has implemented a Yard of the Month (YOTM) program to highlight homeowners who have taken pride in the curb appeal of their property. The YOTM designation is intended to showcase well-maintained properties and to encourage other homeowners to put additional focus on the maintenance of their property. If a significant portion of the homeowners show pride in their neighborhood by maintaining their properties in an appealing manner, other potential home buyers may consider the display of neighborhood pride in their buying decisions.

 NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH:

All Neighborhood Watches share one foundational principle that bringing community members together to reestablish control of their neighborhoods promotes an increased quality of life and reduces the crime rate in that area.  In essence, Neighborhood Watch is a crime prevention program that stresses education and common sense. It teaches citizens how to help themselves by identifying and reporting suspicious activity in their neighborhoods. In addition, it provides citizens with the opportunity to make their neighborhoods safer and improve the quality of life.
