Located in the beautiful city of Olive Branch, Mississippi, the Asbury Place Subdivision was established in 2005.  The subdivision is a unique and friendly community built just minutes from Memphis, Tennessee and the Memphis Downtown area.  Nearby are the highly rated schools of Desoto County, Mississippi.

Homeowners Association fees are mandatory in Asbury Place and run on a calendar year.  Fees are assessed in early January and payable by February 28. Fees are directed toward the upkeep and maintenance of the common areas and association operational expenses.  This subdivision is well suited for the entire family!

BOARD OF DIRECTORS:

The Board of Directors is the governing body of the Asbury Place Homeowners Association. The board members are homeowner elected volunteers who commit their time and take on a fiduciary duty to the homeowners in the Asbury Place Subdivision. The goal of the Board is to effectively manage the Homeowners Association in order to maintain and increase the property values of homes in Asbury Place.

ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE:

 

A volunteer committee compromised of individuals in the community who are able to grant external property improvement approval while working within the Asbury Place HOA Guidelines. All building, landscaping, fencing or any such request for an external property improvement to the guidelines must be submitted to the Architectural Review Committee for review and approval/denial.  No property improvements shall commence until a response is received from the Architectural Review Committee.
