What do my dues cover?

Your HOA assessment goes to fund the operation of the HOA, maintain the landscaping of our entrances and common areas, irrigation system, lights, insurance liability, management fees and legal fees for the Association. For detailed information on where your assessment goes, you may request a copy of our current year’s HOA budget.

What type of fencing, storage building or external improvement do I need to install?

All external improvements must follow the Asbury Place HOA Covenants and be approved by the Asbury Place Homeowner’s Association Architectural Committee. Please submit a completed ARC Form with a simple drawing of the improvement to the Architectural Committee.  All storage buildings should be of original construction, not fabricated, and must contain architectural, dimensional shingle roofing.  Please refer to the Covenants link for more information.

What rules am I required to follow?

You are required to abide by the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of the Association.  Please read and become familiar with the Asbury Place Covenants which can be found by clicking the Covenants link in the About Us section of this website. Can I pay my Dues Online?

No.  Unfortunately, the Asbury Place HOA currently does not accept HOA payments or fine assessment payments online.
